All members of BAIA permanent staff, Governance team and Board are pro-bono volunteers who donate their time to BAIA. Here’s the team composition (at December 31, 2011):

• BAIA Board members: 9 people
• BAIA Governance team members: 20 people
• BAIA Temporary Volunteers: 5 people
• BAIA Trainee Interns: 1
• Total volunteer hours donated in 2011: more than 2,200 hours

2010 Expenses

BAIA spent $9,291 in 2010. The funds where employed in the following categories

• Events: 30.3%
• Professional Svcs and Contractors: 19.7%
• Marketing: 20.5%
• Software & IT Infrastructure: 19.7%
• G&A: 9.8%

Additionally BAIA has earmarked the following funds:

• $10,000 for the initial development and launch for the BAIAbase project.

2010 Revenues

BAIA had revenues of $24,805 in 2010. The sources of revenues were:

• Event tickets and endorsements: 20.6%
• Individual Supporters Membership dues: 11.3%
• Corporate Sponsorships: 38.7%
• Government/Public Grants: 29.4%
